Anyone who want to go this route, it is a really good way to understand tuning and the efi system. This unit can be used to convert caburator cars to efi. For instance if u bought a swap and you don't have the harness, you can use this to run the motor no problem, by simply providing the following
O2 sensor signal
Throttle position
Tach/ crank signal/cam angle signal
Injector
Coils
That's it. I am available to help anyone who wanna go this route, one of my boys down there want to put it on a 2JZGE, the T will come soon after wards lol

Also if you want to do reading go to http://www.megasquirt.info personally you'll find the reading overwhelming cause of complex terms and elaborations... to truly understand it look at ur intended setup and focus on that... I am available for questioning anytime.

Re: KA24DE-T
Ok, installation has commenced. We spent our Sunday tearing the engine bay apart.
Tossed stock cooling system (radiator, fans, shroud, hoses)
Tossed (EGR,recirculation valve etc)
Tossed complete stock exhaust, Cat retained
Tossed engine harness, air intake, canister, ignition coil
Tossed cruise control
Basically the engine is laying there naked in the engine bay, Oil pan was pulled, oil return line installed! By far the most difficult part of the who turbo install... Everything should be installed by the weekend.

Test fitting the intercooler, making sure everything is balanced, tight.

Making custom brackets for the IC two up, two at the bottom, bottom two welded to the frame and bolted to the IC

Close up, welds grinded down then sprayed in rust-o-leum grey
