Any updates? Do you plan on freshenng the motor? new plugs, water pump, well its hyrdaulic pump for the fan on the waterpump you might want to get rid of that....hmmmm maybe a new timing belt, never hurts.... th oil pan i believe that too has to change i dont remember I'll have to cross check that one. Aristo is front sump. Deal with all oil leaks while it down. Also do not unplug or remove the harness from the engine and try putting it back into the car after you install the engine however you will need to cut a few wires about 14 of them since you going manual...later on that..

So far the on the engine there is no updates. I definitely have to change that bottom pan, got the rear sump there waiting patiently. Me and my father decided to cut the existing oil filter to look for any filings. Most that was done was just remove the spark plugs.. hmm they were denso, no signs of anything bad. lol my mechanic would have told me (my father). ammm hmm timing belt has to be inspected for sure.. all the lil maintenance will be done in due time.

I am missing 1 set of things.. to drop her in. that's the only reason... these are:

1. engine mounts (ordered).. the ones i got was not metal, but rubber. No specific brand but the supplier made sure they noted that it was a firmer rubber than stock.

2. Clutch hose (ordered) ..Got a steal braided line for the clutch slave cylinder.

3. Toyota genuine OEM filter (ordered) .. as we gonna cut the existing one.

4. Flywheel.. (no not lightweight for the time but stock)

5. Clutch & Pressure plate.

When i have these.. I'll drop her in. Providing no filings was found in the filter or at the bottom of the bottom pan. If then..brand new bearings and a prayer that the crank still good.

For now.. we still have work doing on the body. Putting back all them lil parts. The intercooler mounts was made last weekend. Thats one down.. couple more to go. Should have take pics... next week.

I've purchased cars from this company for sometime and now parts. They have exhausts for Evos, saw a sweet Ralliart, JX90, AE86, which will probably be my next purchase, Hondas so holla. Also many apps for BNR32 GTR. Know just have translate the japanese on the site....lol
