once sumone is gonna do a wheelie and they gotta try run the bike straight before they lift up - they aint doin it right.

a wheelie is so damn easy

best way with a 1000cc is,

1 - 30 mph in a direct line
2 - engage second gear
3 - throttle up rapidly
4 - release throttle
5 - re-apply quickly

all you are actually doing is allowing the bike to bow down on the front suspension and then rapidly accelerating the bike and allowing the rebound from the suspension to lift up the front end along with the engine torque

simple way - very effective
