i heard those guys only patch the BIG holes when they patching these days. evidence of that is in layou valley. you see small holes in between what was patched, in some instances FEET from each other. dat doe making no sense. the small holes mus get big after a while and they mus come back to fix dem.

and they will jus keep on patching times infinity... In a way it smart on their part cuz if the road didnt have holes they wouldnt have work to do.
