Thanks for the thumbs-up. I guess you understand where I was coming from with regards to my side of things. In addition, I respectfully appreciate the criticism from everyone. Just let the points of your agrument be legit.

Folks, let be real about this. There is no way a headlight designed for for HIDs will not out shine one that is not. It will everyday of the week. That doesn't mean you shouldn't upgrade your current halogen system, and I don't mean just adding blue bulbs/coloured bulbs. I.E the pics they work much better in projector type headlight, which focuses alot cleaner than the regular halogen style headlights. Those I would probably use 45-6K.

That said, lets move onto other things like the rim pics.

The rims have been sitting for sometime. They have been cleaned, repolished and lips strightened. The tyres were recently mounted and balanced as of last week. On the fronts, 19x8.5, are Michellin Pilot Sports 235/35/19 and on the rear, 19x9.5, are Bridgestone Potenza REO52s 275/35/19. I like how they look on the car. Two things though: Needs to be lowered so badly its not funny, and two the Michellins are ahrd so they are letting me know about every surf imperfection through the steering wheel. The car still runs absolutely straight when I let go of the wheel.

I have no idea whats next. I really want to add the CD player next, but the car needs a lowered stance to look right, as well as the brakes need to be upgraded to the LS400s 4 piston to help stop the bigger wheels, and also the exhaust system needs some work to help to turn the wheels faster.

Man, seriously. You have not made one single truthful comment about HID lighting. Every single thing you have said has been extraordinarily false. You claim you've done your research, but you and I both know you've made every bit of what you've said up. Had you actually done your research, and possibly called a few Luxury car dealerships, you would have found out the temperature of OEM HID bulbs is 4300K. I just found this thread because that LS430 retrofit picture is of my car; I performed the retrofit, and I took the picture. I was going to reply to each of your false statements, but it looks like Silent_NightR34 has already beat me to it. He's pretty much hit every point right on the head.

It is beyond frustrating to find a post like this with someone spreading so much false information. You need to actually do your research before spewing all that crap. Some people might not know much about the subject and actually believe what your saying, which is not good. It looks like Silent_NightR34 has already linked you to http://www.hidplanet.com. I strongly encourage you to go read up on the forums there.

And just one final note about spreading false information (and just a strong reason why you need to actually do your research before posting BS). Let me quote you here...

That picture of my LS430 retro posted a few pages back, well I retrofitted those Lexus LS430 projectors into my Lincoln LS. My Lincoln came with stock halogen reflectors before I retro'ed in the LS430s. So yes, let us be real about this, please do your research before posting. [bust]

Yo.... whatever it is you did or didn't do with YOUR CAR is all great. Honestly, I don't have time to sit and agrue about this any more. You are more than welcome to open your own thread about the subject. Like I said before and I will say it again if CoOMPREHENSION is the issue......my stuff works for me and I am extremely happy with the results.......CASE CLOSED!!!

Didn't want to open another thread for this until I actually get going on this car. Just thought I would provide some pics since I mentioned it sometime back. Will probably start driving it soon since gas prices are getting crazy and the Lexus loves premium.

Yes, comprehension is obviously a huge issue with you. What you do with your car is fine, but you need to stop spreading lies. If you don't know enough about a subject, then please, either do your research, or don't post at all on the subject. There is no argument and no reason for me to open my own thread, everything you've said about HID lighting in this thread is dead wrong. You have nothing to argue about, because you don't know what you're talking about. Like I said, do whatever you wish with your car, but please do some research before posting a bunch of BS, because it really makes you sound quite ignorant my friend.
