
BMW E30 Runs an M20B25 (2.5L) motor stock, producing a boring 125 kW (167 hp) @ 5800 222 N·m (163 ft·lbf) @ 4300 redline@6200. Stock the car is plenty fun! However it was boring for the owner.
This is a project has been ungoing, and plagued with one issue after another. Last year we had a wastegate vaccum issue that led to serious overboosting which melted cylinder number 3 and 6. This caused the car to overheat whenever it was started. Anyhow every disappointment is a blessing... since this happened we thought that the head was cracked so built a head from the ground up;

Once this was done we decided to stroke the damn motor, so now its a 2.7L str8 6. With the aid of an M20B27 block which had lower compression. Force induction
T3/T4 57Trim (soon to be replaced with a 60-1 or T70)
Custom intercooler piping (2.5" welded through out)
Boost set at 6psi (18psi as soon as MSD ignition is unboard)
MS EFi doing fuel duties.
The car is running really well right now, last tuning session we worked the clutch hard and overheated the poor ting. Even at these low boost settings the car pulls insanely, sideways all the way through 3rd. 4th & 5th is really the business end of things 160mph (max on the speedo) seems like nothing. I have sound clip of the car running we'll have videos of all the cars running on the track when we return. (supra, (3) turbo 240sx, E30 & the Turbo teg..soon an Evo8 or S2000 is gonna be added to the list.. guy still considering whether to turbo his TL . More pics & video coming soon.
