My personal thought is the 272 cams are too aggressive. You'll endup with a loop. Also, what about the valve springs to handle those cams?

Not sure if i can get them changed now but i will research your opinion. Thanks man.

Some do 264 intake and 272 exhaust to help keep a stock like idle.

Depending on the lift of the 272s it should idle just fine, with a slight lump when cold
