How a random meet, turned into a great shoot

Rarely on island do these many cars just randomly park with each other, but when a photoshoot call hits the WhatsApp group chats, you rarely know what to expect. With the golden hour approaching, we decided to hit up the newly paved Cochrane road.
A few hours before, we were totally unsure of what the turnout would be. Double checking the drone to make sure our batteries were charged, clearing out space on each of the memory cards, we wanted to be sure not to miss anything.
With Covid putting all this year’s plans in Limbo, we’ve been working hard to jump start everything. None of us could have predicted how tough 2020 turned out, but Car Culture has helped a lot of us through this difficult time. On a scale of things, its very easy to overlook the impact that car culture has on our lives. We tend to think our meets, photos, articles reside on the superficial side of things.
It was not until our ability to meet, gather and share our love for cars was severely limited that we realized how crucial they had become to our lives.
