Why is it they never have the part that you want, and they always unwilling to order it? can someone answer me this? I mean comeon, If you are a Backed dealer i don't see how difficult it would be to put the customers part with you next shipment or get it sent via UPS/FEDEX/Air Mail watever with a shipment of their "Regular Parts".
*****!!
Even when it comes to asking them about buying a specific model of vehicle. If the customer asks, just let them know how much the DAMN thing will cost if you order it for them. If they want it they will buy it. if not you don't order it!
ok thats enough ranting for today

I AGREE WITH YOU SCI THESE GUYS ARE SO WORRIED ABOUT MAKING THE HUNDRED PERCENT PROFIT THEY END UP LOOSING BUSINESS.
I HAD MY BUSINESSS PARTNER GO TO A CERTAIN (SCI) DEALERSHIP TO PRICE A 34/SEATER BUS, ITS BEEN 6 MNTHS NOW THEY CAN'T GET ME A PRICE, IN THE MEAN TIME I GOT ANOTHER ONE OFF THE NET. I CALLED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THE ONLY THING I KEEP HEARING IS "OH WHEN THE MANAGER GET'S A CHANCE WE WILL GIVE YOU A QUOTE, BECAUSE WE NEVER ORDER A ITEM LIKE THIS BEFORE."
THAT IS SO BACK IN THE DAY. HOW ARE YOU GONNA KNOW HOW MUCH IT COST IF YOU DOON'T DO AN ESTIMATE OR ACTUALLY BRING ONE DOWN.

as a follow up to this...
Why is it that mostly all government related institutions can't do basic transactions quickly and easily.. why is it that something which would normally take 5 mins to do takes more than 5 days???
when u get something jus do it and done! but noooooo they have to take forever to do a basic ting....
