Private Works?

Yow yesterday morning i got a ride down on a lawyer and while we were passing under lah lay coco stretch * Road from Texaco gas station castle comfort 2 loubiere* He Talked about the pot holes and he told me 2 vechiles got flats cus of a pothole in the center of the large ass puddle of water . So i told him why public works aint fixing the road , he said public works was privatized. so i wanna know if da is a real scene . is Public works really Private? and if so then does that mean the government has to hire Private works to fix potholes and keep the roads maintained>>> or are we all Dooomed!

Well i know they were supposed to be privatized and I do not really have a problem with that once the work is done PROPERLY!

WELL FROM WHAT I HEARD I DO HOPE THE GOV'T AND "PRIVATE WORKS" COME TOGETHER AND DISCUSS SERIOUSLY THE MATTERS OF THE ROAD WORKS AND SEE ALL THE NECESSARY WORK TO BE DONE.
