Shaq's Stretched Lambo

For some celebrities, a regular Lamborghini just doesn't cut it. 50 Cent gave his an all-chrome paint job, and Bam Margera of "Jackass" famously cut a sunroof into his Murcielago using a saw. For basketball start Shaquille O'Neal, his Lamborghini modifications were made, not out of vanity, but necessity.
Standing 7 ft 1 in and weighing 325 lbs, a regular Gallardo is understandably cramped. That's where Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters came in. The firm stretched O’Neal’s car 12 inches through the middle with custom extended doors, roof and side windows.
The biggest challenge with a project like this was fabricating the glass while maintaining the proportions of the lines, making everything bigger,” says GFMI Chief Executive Officer George Gaffoglio. “We relied on our aerospace and coachworks divisions to make sure Shaq could fit in the car, but the naked eye could not detect any differences from the original Gallardo.”
