Who is to blame... and this situation is repeating itself in many countries around the world, even Jamaica..
Politicians I say

sad. civil unrest, all triggered off by politics. haiti is raped man, just like africa. overturn the economy, install a dictator, exploit and oppress the population, crash the system. forced migration, let the educated in, keep off the uneducated, feed the greedy dictator to keep the rest suffering. nasty politics.

let dominicans take their freedom for granted still.

thats the system for you, rich get richer, poor get poorer.

For that reason I will never vote for any politician

All politicians are the same..they are all corrupt and consider mostly their well being and that of their friends.

I saw a recent email with pics of Haitian people firing rocket launchers, AK47 and bloody men, women and children laying lifeless in the street.. Boy think of it the place would be so ass, a man cannot even run his ride, or even have a ride to run, or even tune something... that is just something we have to safeguard d.ca from... if one man go astray knock him into shape.

Also like to add, d/ca might be poor, under developed but it is one of the most free countries in the world. Our cops don't carry guns (most occassions).... cops here carry one on their side rookie or not even security guards..

We don't have a speed limit in d/ca (lol.... I have not observed one i guess) You can bathe in the river and sea and not have to pay, NJ it is up to 10.00 per person to go to certain beaches others charge 15 per car. I'm sure if u bathe in the river some parasite might crawl up your urinary track or you might get arrested. Walk along a highway= arrest, pee on the side of the road or in a corner = $350U.S ticket plus court appearance (could go on your record). Do 70 plus in a 65mph safety corridor Fines doubled ...grrrrr. Reverse in a toll booth=points.

Can't drink a beer in public if its not in a paperbag. Ticket on u.... dread all sewo done at exactly 1:30a.m with a 30min period to cool out (have to be gone by 2a.m) cops outside waiting to see if you drunk or looking suspicious. Oh u have to be 21 to drink ...... More rules u have= more crime if you ask me.. cause people not perfect......I peed my pants one night cause I needed to pee and I was far from my house
