That's another project that I have in the works, basically same turbo, manifold, Catback exhaust, custom downpipe, walbro fuel pump etc.... MS I V3.0 will be running fuel and spark, slightly smaller intercooler.. stock internals...
I tired more pics later tomorrow once I begin welding together the downpipe. Make sure everything is leak free and clean!

Test fitting the turbo unto the ssac manifold.... modifications had to be made to the manifold to allow the larger turbo to fit without touching the brake master cylinder...
Image
Now you can see with adjustment the turbo now sits with 1/2" gap between the turbo and brake master...

Air condition is retained

She was started today after some delays (waiting for parts). There was some difficulties but we overcame them, one being this motor was swapped from since original motor came with a broken rod. Car originally belonged to an amateur drifter......Abused!!

Anyhow the preliminary engine run was done, everything looks good no misses, timing is off by one or two teeth. I'll look into it when I'm ready to wrap things up, radiator is gonna be changed to 2row koyo, oil cooler kit installed subsequently. Exhaust sounds GR8 pics later

that's a good idea that u used the v-band for the exhaust down pipe...it make things so much easier but the only thing i don't like is the manifold u have... i had that problem before cause the quality isn't that great and u have to keep on welding as your boost increase cause it's guaranteed to crack again.
