It has a shaved head (dont know what degree) small bore of 81.5mm. Is a 4age and I will give more details later when i get back online. Am short on time atm.

Probably, ppl used truck turbos and such, that does look like the logo

Not even if you blow into the turbo would that help you engine spool it

Sorry but that looks like a turbo from a boat, looks like salt deposits to me.
