Sikes I'm from Barbados,it's to be a group 3a car.First actual test this evening went rather well, only did 2 laps because the power fc was on a very basic map and wouldn't rev in 3rd gear (well actually 1 and 3\4 because a wire came off the fuel pump switch) but overall first impressions have our hopes high as this was built on a very low budget and we hope to have it competition ready for another meet in october,
alcon monoblock 4 pots
re positioned steering rack, cusco tension rods and lower control arms (just mocked up in the pic)

fibreglass roof skin

new tunnel

me working hard as usual
evo 4 brakes mounted

custom made dry sump pan

pulley mount to lock dry sump gear

dry sump spider

fuel (fuel cell,lift pump,swirl pot,wally 190)
there are lots of inbetween pics but too many to post as its a long ass thread on zhaust but meet the team
owner

co-owner (yes she actually dos work on he car as well)

Fabricator aka hammer boss

me on the grind

and mardon (in red)

hope you guys enjoy

Only now noticed you guys mounted the engine pretty far back for better weight distribution. But this is a pretty awesome build. Can't wait to see videos of it in action

Sweet build! The first thing I noticed was how empty the engine bay was. Is there an advantage to placing the steering rack where you did or is it just because of the engine position?
