Nope stock ct12 for that car, there are also a few Soarers running 11sec with stock turbos in daily driven cars. The Aussies have found out how to make close to 400rwhp with the stock twin, it is all in the approach to tuning, seems that it is really back pressure and high temperature that leads to the destruction of the stock twins. Also remember at the end of the day they getting close to 20years old.
@Cee
I not listening to you and Dwight for the simple reason that although you all mean well, your knowledge of tuning those cars is even less than mine, I have read on it extensively,looking at mods to power, mods to dyno and mods to track time, Yes you can build more power with a single, but on the quarter mile you will need that power to catch the stock twins and you will need to run significant amount more boost to go past them with any meaning full time.
I can get close to 400rwhp with these and that is where I want to be so why not run them till they no good? I am not interested in putting on a big turbo for the bling and that is where their mind is.
