Interestingly: Toyota Technocraft converts regular long wheelbase HiAces into Hi-Medics for Ambulance use. Only first generation Hi-Medics had the 4.0l V8 in them.

It's not a complicated swap, but the V8 needs to be a rear or mid-rear sump from a Soarer or V8 Crown Majesta.

I dont know what it is about a burnout.. simple and stupid.. but I am always amazed and entertained by it.. I just can't understand it. That V8 sounds crazy coming out of the bus... I so use to associating that image with the diesel engine sound.
