This is a project that was inherited with a few mods that most of you will know. When I got PG553 it was well known with much history. One of the main reasons for buying it, was that it came with one or two goodies not much but still they had a tremendous impact on the car performance. Presently the car runs just a little under 14psi. Car is still untuned.
Car came with:
Exhaust and downpipe
Turbo time
boost gauge
drop spring and staggered 17" rims

So where are we today:
Tien coilovers
E-manager blue
AEM wide band connected to the EMB
clutch type two way LSD (the stock??? [quiet] )
poly bushings on lower control arm
xs power 4" front mount

Additional items:(already bought)
colder plugs
Walbro fuel pump
Turbo GT35 not r
T3 flanged manifold tial waste gate

I have been away for the last couple of months and so far it appears some projects are awaiting my return. It is almost 2 am here and I have just completed purchase f a few items over the past couple of days.
The Soarer is likely to become a Daily Driver for a few months maybe up to half a year and there are a few things about the mechanical finish that I am not totally satisfied with.
The following have been purchase for various reasons to improve the finish product:

knocklite sensor
Boost controller (hallman)
Titan MKIV supra solid aluminum differential bushing
1 cam gear may consider purchasing another but adjustment of the intake cam on the 1jz is not recommend for the auto ecu
OEM shifter with shift knob
New clutch master cylinder for the sc300
New R154 clutch slave cylinder
Braided clutch line
Second hand sc300 radiator .
Steering rack bushing
Still to purchase when money is available:
Cams
energy suspension bushing
Supra sway bars
and a few other items.
97 front bar
Things to Fix:
AC
Major boost leak
place padding between the ac line that keep knocking the IC hard piping
Resolve wheel hop issues with the solid diff mounts/changing bad bushings

Although there is a single turbo kit awaiting I would really like to see what a good tune on the twin would with cam set and close to 17 psi. Yes it is possible the twins will let go yet from the info I have read if done correctly the tend to survive at that power level for a while.

Big daddy do your boy a favor I got some time to read, see what you find on the net about 1jz ingesting the turbo internal and send me the links please. So far everyone I have heard speak of it says a guy they know with no more details.
Here are some guys who do it and drag race their cars at the strip without new turbos.
