Project Darth Vader's Swagger Wagon

Well everyone know's preppy's moved on to a new airtrek. So I'll start of with what he currently has installed on the it.

Evo 7 Motor with airtrek Intake manifold
560cc injectors
TRE 255lph Fuel pump
Turbo XS manual Boost Controller
Greddy Front Mount intercooler
TD05-16G
XS Power tubular manifold and O2 Housing
Tien Basic Coilovers
Carbing rear strut bar
Defi boost guage
Custom Oil and trans cooler
2005 Outlander Tail light conversion


There a bit of work remaining to do to it.

Initial plans are to freshen up the suspension and motor. New accessory belt and Tensioner.
Parts to be transfered from other airtrek:

Kevlar timing belt
clear timing cover
AEM wideband


Parts either on order, waiting to install or Soon to be othered:
Evo Intake manifold + Throttle body
2.5" Intercooler piping
3" downpipe and exhaust
JMF ss O2 housing with open dump.
K sport Coilovers
Carbing front strut bar
Carbing under brace
replacement rear arms and front control arms
Complete urethane bushings
Torque Solutions Billet engine mounts
Auto Clinic custom Brembo Big brake kit with Tunersnation SS Brake lines
Autoclinic custom Airtrek headlights and HID retrofit.

So when allu plan on starting work on this?

Also what allu gonna do to tune?

We have already modified our flashing cable to work with the airtreks Flashing port (Slightly different than other mitsubishi's) and have a few basemaps to begin the process. Once the Screamer pipe, wideband and Evo intake are installed tuning will begin.

New parts have been purchased for the airtrek

New coilovers to replace the worn and blown ones have been ordered
Exhaust manifold gasket
O2 housing gasket
Turbo gasket
Intake manifold heat barrier gasket

Planned parts:
Cams


Current parts awaiting install:
MAPerformance Ported exhaust manifold
3" Turbo back exhaust
JMF screamer pipe
among other things

the swagger wagon has gone under the knife. Will take pics of some of the work being done.

Custom short route intercooler piping with battery relocation
Wideband will finally be installed for some Tuning
Custom 3" Turbo Back exhaust with JMF Screamer
Synchronic BOV was already installed
MAPerformance Ported Evo exhaust manifold
Evo 9 Intake manifold with Magnus Intake barrier

K Sport coilovers have been already installed


For the future? Cams..... maybe, Injectors.... definitely, larger intercooler.....Surely
