It looks like they smuggled it in by parts, but got some Escalade's rims by mistake.

looks like they got it from the auctions as a salvage hit in the front and just put the replacement bonnet and fenders on without painting them

they got a brand new gtr coming in too. R35 or whatever. The keys are already there.
