if we can "fill" NOS tanks in D/ca (which i thought was illegal to sell the gas to the general public) please tell me how many factual ppl have and are using NOS in D/ca i would LOVE to know cause as far as i know there was only one person that had NOS installed and working BUT it was only in major use in Antigua if there's anyone else tell me/us why isn't he considered a threat In the speed game in D/ca
