HEY IAM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA (ROUND POINT NEVER HEARD OF IT BEFORE) (p.s I only have a mental view of castle bruce) SO WHAT WE DID WE WENT AHEAD AND DID THE PLANS 1 MILE LENGTH AND 1/2 MILE WITH THE TRACK WE DID ENCOMAPSSES BOTH A CIRCUIT AND 1/2 MILE TACK. NOW WE DID NOT DO AN EXPENSIVE PLAN JUST SOMTHING REASONABLE ENOUGH THAT THE GOVERNMENT OR OTHER POSSIBLE INVESTOR WOULD SHARE INTEREST. JUST THE TRACK , SPOT HOUSE, GARAGE, FUEL STATION, SITTING FOR 2000 PPLE, THE WOULD BE BOOTH INCLUDED FOR RENTAL, ETC.

RECOMENDED ALTERNATIVES------

LAND= (IF GOV'T DONATED WOULD BE GREAT) 1 X 1/2 MILE--- STRUCTURES= SPONOSORS (CCD, PUBLIC WORKS( TRACK) ,CABLE & WIRELESS/ DIGI/AT&t/ORANGE,TEXACO-XTRA (SPOT HOUSE), *****) EQUIPMENTS, = SPONSORS (********)
ADD ON WHERE U FEEL SUITABLE

THE BUSINESS PLAN ON A WHOLE HAS BEEN STARTED BUT I GUESS WE WOULD HAVE TO DECIDE WHERE WE ARE PUTTING THE STRUCUTURE TO SEE HOW IT WOULD AFFECT THAT AREA, OR WE COULD TRY FOR AT LEAST TWO AREAS, THE BEST SPOT WILL THEN BE CHOSEN THEN.

1. Escavation equip...I can work out discounts for a lot of that from Glasheen Estates...our construction company

2. Plan...i can talk to my cousin to get the land surveyed and plans drawn.,..then i can also design a 3D walkthrough...as to actual costs...i will get back to you guys on that

its easier proposing when visual is involved...verbal does little for short minded people

3. Timing equip....Will search through my old emails for the quote from Port-a-Tree and Tag Huer they are their somewhere

4. Track bite...also have a quote from VHT for that.

I think the first step should be some track designs and then we can propose locations where they can fit and work from there.

Nah Starboy......I think you need a potential location first before you design. You don't design a house then search for land after. Plus the location is important, because you have to determine howmuch cut and fill is required to make it as flat as possible. Also, the type of base build needs to be done. Different areas have different soil types. Security is important too, because you don't want guys doing their own thing when they want. Moneys have to be collected before any runs are done.

As for actual location I like somewhere on the west coast. Maybe even Macoushrie (or however its spelt).

With regards to curcuit racing I believe that could be done today. Block of curtain streets is Roseau and line the sidewalks and corners the old tyres and you cool. CART does it...... Toronto / Houston / Long Beach. Proceeds can go back to local govt (Roseau) for road and environs upkeep.
