1/4 mile time sound extremely high, you sure it is 12.997 and you sure you were flat out? That figure been bugging me all day long. I would have expected a 10.997 or most 11 something. Did you have tons of wheels spin, from your MPH I would think not but to me something just doesn't add up. From all accounts the car does move so what when wrong. Suspect motivation may have been lacking lol.
Great power figure

Running a 10 would require a proper prepped surface, a great 60ft among other things

Unfortunately, the eye test is kinda like the seat dyno.

To get into the 10s it takes some hardware. There are cars in Dominica with the potential, but none are 10 sec cars. High 11s would be my guess. For example, one of my friends from Florida ran his 2j powered Mk3 with a turbo 400 auto @TX2K6. Car dynod at 610rwhp and ran a 10.7 with slicks.

getting into 10s require a lot of tire/suspension tweaking. Once the place for racing shows up it will be a matter of time till we get the hands on time to develop our techniques

A 390bhp Evo is expected to do the 1/4 mile in 12.1 seconds/114 mph, 0-60 in 3.8 seconds
I will go to Castle Bruce next weekend to do some runs and logs.

Ok took bhp to mean to the wheels also understood you had extra weight in the car at the time. Understood also that you could run alot more boost through that turbo, any special reason for being conservative with the tune?
