The Down pipe connection bolt had poped and the one it was replaced with is causing a slight leak, thus you hear the turbo whining like a lil bitch.

and OLD CAR is a car that was manufactured years back...but a HOOPTIE is a car that is new or old and no matter what you do to it, it's not going to look good. Terrible condition.
