Resolved..the IAC Valve and the sequential turbo set up.... Now both turbo's work .. second turbo is controlled by the ecu.. Was a B+ 12V.. line which had no power being sent to it..was suppose to be hooked up to the EFI Main Relay.. opps.

..

Breaking up issue still exist.. but working on it. hmm I think I need help reading error codes.
