Tried a tune for up to 17 psi, running just around 13.5 with on my gauge. The tune seem to work with our fuel fine the knock lite is overly sensitive at the moment and is showing even less knock with this tune than the stock tune. The wide band is off but so far has recorded 11.1 afr.
Next step involve gapping and changing plugs, think that the 6 range spark plugs maybe past their limit and may have power going in the opposite direction in certain locations.
Overall it takes alot of fuel off the map and driving we broke into wheel hop in third gear between bullseyes and Sci lane.

Yeah the change in plugs may help smoothen out the power delivery because it felt kinda funny like there were a few flat spots on the leaner AFRs

I'd imagine a restrictor would act to increase gain, causing boost spikes! If you think about it, it takes longer to fill the void between the restrictor and the actuator. Eventually the space would be filled and the gate would open causing boost to drop off at high revs. If you're going to cause a restriction and bleed the excess, might at well go a for a cheap bleed valve.
Use the bleed valve with the boost reference coming form the intake manifold. Block off the pressure sources coming from each of the turbos and use large internal diameter hosing to the bleed valve and actuators themselves. Works great like this.
Looks like the answer to my cannot maintain more than 15 psi under high revs
Sci here is the info for knock frequency setting on the ultimate.
86mm bore = 6.7Khz the larger the bore size the smaller the figure.

At this point we should start counting to see how long the twins will last, original ct12a boosted to somewhere around 18psi but spiking higher to 20psi where the meter stops. The tune could do with a bit more I think in certain areas but will leave that for Sci to look at and decide. Wideband sensor is installed and working once more.
In the mean time the following is either in hand or awaiting shipping:
3 bar map sensor
650 sards side feed injectors.
If finances permitted I would throw in some hks cams and meth and replace the blue with an ultimate.

The twins will go once you go past 14 PSI based on my research when i had a soarer.

Recent info has revealed that people have been running more boost than that without issues, So we have decided to find out for ourselves before going single since it won't hurt

The impellers used to break, once you don't ingest them.
