Its great to have the power, but it really cost alot of money, plus much down time.
SF5 wrote:all i got to say, big power is impractical, as power increases practicallity. Anything above 500hp is basically pointless on a daily driver, regardless f what anyone may read online. Even stock high output cars require expensive maintanence. practical....purpose built.

Little update:
the Supra is undergoing intense overhaul. After cracking number 5 cylinder, the engine was pulled, the head has been ported, polished, cams, valve springs. The block built with the help of the guys at titan motorsports. The GT40 is being replaced with something that will make more than 1000whp at ease. downpipe, suspension, brakes, new wheels, tyres etc, body kit (wide) . Veilside rear diffuser. The supra gone insane and a wallet reported to the E.R

the reluctor (crank and cam sensor) there was noise on the signal. So it broke up. also it was later discovered that through all the backfireing the motor jumped timing by a teeth or so, so that futher complicated things. Timing sync is a big issue when going standalone since u don't have check engine light to pop on to point out an issue.

The car has been parked at the speedshop in Nj for widebody kit, staggered wheels, complete suspension upgrades, complete engine rebuild and GT42R ... I'm no longer in NJ but 500whp wasnt enough..
