yeah, dosent have to be hardcore stuff, just a simple thing, but with cameras rolling so people like mr. anit-change can get a lil sensitive to it. yah know, slow poison.

depends on where. lot of factors influence cost, few i know are infrastructure like road, water ect and topography. but for fallow it shouldnt be so hot. gotta ask the owner the going rate p/sq.ft

Blah Blah Blah, lets get serious, form on club or two with the common goal of setting up an area for different activities related to motor sport and other events that will make it financially sustainable.
