Well not much happened today,
Polished the bearings, installed them, sent the balance shafts out to be machined into a BSE elimination kit. (Kinda like the AMS one which still maintains the shaft but without the weight)

We also put the crank onto the block, install the new BS bearings. Will torque everything down tommorow. Hopefully tommorow i will get a call about the pistons. And will find out how much it will cost to machine the balance shafts. I also need to cut a stub out of forward facing part of the left mount because of the head studs to allow the head to drop down onto them.

Will have video soon

Well not much happened today. We finished removing the valve springs and retainers, I started cleaning up the valves to prep them for grinding. Removed the cam plug to install the new one. Will take the chance to finish clean up the head and remove all the excess silicone put on there.

Didn't see a torque wrench used in the vid. Did you guys later torque the caps down to spec and in sequence?

Lol ofcourse everything was torqued to spec. The vid was also edited cause Two forum members were misbehaving and didn't want it shown. (Scotch is a hell of a thing)

We are building everything on the service manual and making sure everything is within serviceable spec. if the are not they aren't then we have to send it off to the machine shop
