yeah they told me all the tie lies with the lending institutions. they got lil issues with policies and all. and the delay is maddening. and NDFD told me they got issues with lending too because of delinquency with lots of small businesses.

What upsets me about things like that is that the problem is not with small businesses at all. It has more to do with Mr. X is my friend so I'll give him money even though his business plan is crappy and he has no real business sense and all his ventures usually fail. Start fund raising

Organise the commitee....Assign a Manager, give everyone their roles within the organization, or Hire a manager. Determine how many shares the company has so people can buy in. Helps reduce confusion later on

ammmmm, just an observation, this sounds like a big under taking. Who will this race track be catering to? How many events going to be held? What different race classes are there? How many participants/how often will they participate? IMHO it would be easy enough to have something manageable at first. Antigua has 7-8sec cars, their track is basic strip, Lucia Kaka-beff, the old strip their ahead(Grenada, Trini, Guadeloupe, martinique and bados, They're way ahead). Yet they all started with something basic.
It would be more feasible to go small, simple drag strip then move along. Crawl before you walk
