STRANGE ENOUGH THEY ARE BOTH FIGHTING FOR THE TITLE OF BIGGER JUICE, bbp TITLE WHICH THE NOW PRESENT BBP PRESIDENT HAS HELD FOR YEARS NOW
3) BIG JUICE ( 5)
2) BIGGER JUICE (3)
1) BIGGEST JUICE (0) can't be found due to the fact all member are not on the track at once (d/ca, texas, cali ect.)
THE LEADER OF BBP LOCATED HERE IN FL FROM D/CA, IN THE TOP 5 IN MOTOR SWAPS IN FL, AND BOOSTED VEHICLES, HE ALSO IS CO-OWNER OF TURBOZONE SHOP.
HE IS D/CA ON AN ANNUAL BASIS AND WAS THE INSTIGATING FACTOR FOR CLUB O.D PRESIDENT BUILDING A CAR TO COMPETE/ SOME OF THE RACERS IN D/CA KNOW HIM CAUSE THEY CALL HIM FOR ADVICE.
HE ALSO IS A MEMBER OF THE FORUM JUST HAS BEEN ALSEEP, FOR A WHILE. "a long while"

Question...is BBP an organisation or just a group of guys that know each other, in which case the pres of O.D. status in BBP doesnt conflict with anything.
On the note of the "likkle boys" talk cee, have you though of consulting them head on about that padna? I got the impression that you and all involved only heard second hand of the comment. If they said it to your face that's different. And anyways if no one else important shares the same opinion then why bitch about it??

but cee iam a little boy i aint ashame to say it , in relation to the other guys in the click i am just a little 4 cylinder, even at work you should see some pple faces when they see is me that walking up to them, bro no matter where you go you gonna have that, you always gonna have someone who think they more/greater than you but what they don't anticipate is that fact that you can cut them to size.
lets get out of the past move on, when a woman dis you what do you do turn --- or do you forget and move on.
put it like this someone dis you on something you like, do you stop any form of progress you might have because of words, or do you ignore and continue on the goal for 300+,400+,500+ hp -- evos, eclipse, levins, celica, soarer, skyline,rx7,subie, ect
also i hope some of us aint taking boosted instigation ( meant for development) into something more than what it is, yet if it is ignorant talk as we say then even better as it is the end result that says who is who.
p.s then again its just my opinion, when you guys are ready to do something as long as iam alive i am willing to help.

I wish it was that simple...lemme give you the history of Motorsports organisations from my perspective...
There was a Dominica Motorsports Association years ago, but that club was short lived. Dominica Motorcycle Club is no longer in existance as far as I know, especially after one of the founding members died while on a group ride.
I was invited to a couple meetings of NIMA during the last days of its peak attendance. They had a Pres, VP, Treas, the whole board. People were disagreeing with each other about how things should be done, nobody was interested in payin monthly fees, and it just started to degenerate. 2 clubs branched out of that...those that ran this site, Onlydominican.com, and Club Overdrive.
CO was the more formal group (correct me if i wrong sci) and we had weekly meetings, monthly payments, etc. Went well for a good while...we had 2 events i can remember...a beach party and a more successful island tour.
CO held the first Import Ave, which was well attended but had flaws in the organisation. We decided to cut down the number of people involved to make it more streamlined and have more rigid business practices, which worked...the show did better the second time around. So right now only a couple member will get together for any event planning and make it happen.
Our PM has claimed to be interested in the sport, yet no plans have been submitted, or further requested, and more mountainous speed bumps going up.
DGLOBE we've all tried, but honestly i not seeing any hope for national development in Motor sports unless someone fronts his own money and builds and runs a race track of his own. Then we will want to be involved because we see someone else doing it. That's what happens all the time here, sad to say.

FROM MY PROSPECTIVE,
i am not sure how this is gonna be possible, any wise business man would know you got to see some sign of a market before you invest,
i know d/ca is an inffluencial island in the caribbean but hmmmm
i don't know......
ps i use to attend nima meetings when its was just formed,
and one of d major complaints was that the then preszo was not letting the group run enough because his car was to slow, lol man but in a way now looking back at it he had a point, i got a warning from him once for running hard in town a night. lol principal lol

Onlydominican was in existence before NIMA, and we were never a spin off of any club per say, We became sponsored by a club, but were always a Neutral separate entity. Disagreement and a couple other issues that i will not get into caused the split.

Both clubs continued to have Formal meetings and both produced successful car shows, with Nima'a Caribbean Auto expo being the biggest to date.

Thats a very political way of putting it, but i will not get into that because that can of worms should be left closed for now.
Experiences with both club situations right now is the main reason i will not participate in any form of organizing board that is run at a club level.

About the formal part I was comparing CO to Onlydom, not NIMA. I did forget about the CAE (my bad)...i was more dealing with the events I was involved in planning. DMC also had their successful bike show in Grand bay as well.
I only knew of any clubs at all after NIMA, so thanks for the correction of onlydom being around before. But your first and last replies confirm what I saying...we just cannot seem to get over disputes and disagreements on a club level.

hmm boi. de only way i seeing people coming together is if a million/billionaire decide to come dominica and build sumting. which is a far fetched. I wish i had win dat new york mega millions boy i building dat one time. dem old people dat win that 100 and sumting million jus now they goin to die haha.
but on a serious note i think people in that whole thing have too much pride. i mean everybody should compromise and try to work together. is not like the population big so we should be even a closer and tighter group seeing how small dominica is.
