I am not sure where they measured there power thus I said BHP, instead of power at the wheel (WHP) or at the crank.
UPdate: just reviewed the Envoy page it states 550 WHP so i will assume the 650 is is at the wheels

It's HP to the wheels. His car has a built motor, bigger turbo and he's running more boost than me because he is tuned on race gas. This is the guy whom I bought my turbo kit from. He owns a tuner shop in Brooklyn.

Yeah....the UK is the only place they measure in BHP....and they measure whp first they use formulas to convert back to BHP.

The flaw in that argument is unlike in the movies Mr. Miagy is also improving.

My best 1/4 mile time so far is 11.8 @ 123mph spinning all of first gear and some of second. That was when the weather was cold. I had my 2 step lowered to eliminate some of the wheel spin but now that it's nice and hot outside, the 2 step is too low, so the car bogs at the track. My tuner just opened his own shop in New Jersey so I will be paying him a visit next week.
As far as the motor goes, I'm keeping it a 2.0. The 2.3L is great on the street but it's not a great performer at the track because you can rev the 2.3 too high. If you notice all the 10sec and 9sec Evo's are all 2.0L.
