Yeah that is the idea, the other interesting thing Sci is even with many cars tuned with a gt30r,gt35r, hks t3, steel wheels ct12, they still rate the stock turbos as very potent especially over 1/4 mile runs. The guy with the record is run over 420whp(American dyno), they do require some porting, good flowing exhaust as well as connecting them in parallel and not sequential mode to get there. It is just logical to expect them to fail after all they not so far of 20yrs.
Dwight link me with the fresh reading material please.

Way back in 2005 this was what was thought of as the best upgrade path, wonder what has happen in DA don't think we have gotten as close as we should have.

Boost leak is gone but wide band is acting up, delaying tuning. In the meantime walbro pump installed. A bit of bad news is that the Aristo diff ratio is different to that of the soarer. If you wondering why it is important it is because the pumpkin currently installed is from an Aristo.
Soarer 4.08
Aristo 3.90
It has been said it makes the car slower in the end, think now it makes the car more docile down low.

If you have a nice straight... The Aristo ratio feels real nice...stretch the gear in boost a lot longer.

We really lacking long straight here. Anyway here is the link to some interesting reading. 11.61 sec 1/4 mile with stock twins at 23 psi. Sci recently asked about this I was wrong on the hours of work it took.

As sykes isn't mentioning, the car is currently down for much needed R&R
Clutch disk was worn and replaced
New final drive swap
Diff bushing install
Gasket replacement on trans among other things
Tuning and Power upgrades will begin after
