Vijay's car has never ran in the caribbean. His rail he used to own did. There is talk of him going to trinidad. Most of the caribbean cars have run faster times when taken to a well prepped track within the US.

Take for example the SKF lancer which runs 7s in the us and 9s in the caribbean

if you read the list it mentions the supra's time.....and like you said it hasn't run in the c/bean.
