Re: Project 4G63T PG1 Updated
After suffering many a set back, I am now forced to build a new motor for the car.
TunersNation has stepped up to provide some assistance with getting the parts I need at a reasonable price.
So phase 2 of the project has begun. I now have in my possession an EPROM ecu for the car. I still remain to get a socket + Moates emulator and chip burner.
This new phase of the project is dubbed: High Compression boost.
TunersNation has promised to deliver the parts for the motor by the new years.
In efforts to improve chassis stiffness, I recently received a set of Tunersnation Sub-frame bushings to reduce sub-frame flex under hard acceleration.

So over the next coming weeks i will document the block prep work and motor assembly. I will also try to enlighten on the ECU chipping and tuning process as soon as my emulate arrives after the Christmas rush.

I notice you plan to remove all lint from the rods. Is this a standard procedure?
